Sunside · Stockholm

I get businesses more customers, and automate the work behind it.

I'm Hugo. Cold email and LinkedIn outreach, ads and content, websites and landing pages, and the automations that connect them so nothing falls through the gaps. One person in Stockholm. Ongoing work runs month to month — cancel whenever.

The offer · lead generation

A number, a deadline, and your money back if I miss it.

Every lead generation campaign starts with a target we agree in writing: how many leads, by when. If I don't hit it, you get your fee back. No argument, and no conditions you find out about afterwards.

What the number should be depends on your market, your offer and what you sell, so we set it on the call rather than me inventing one on a website. It goes in the quote before you pay anything.

This applies to work where the result can actually be counted — campaigns, outreach, anything that produces leads. Not to one-off builds like a website, where what you are buying is the thing itself. Third-party costs such as email infrastructure and data are billed at cost and listed separately, so you can see what is my fee and what is not.

What I build

Three jobs. Most businesses need one of them.

I am not a one-service agency and I am not going to pretend to be. You can hire me for a single piece of this, or the whole chain. I will tell you which parts you actually need.

AI phone agents

In development

An agent that answers the phone when you can't, takes the details and books the job. I am building it now and it is not for sale yet. Under EU rules that came into force in August 2026, it has to tell the caller it is an AI in its first sentence — so mine does. If you want to be one of the first to try it, say so and I will come back to you when it works.

How I work

The same three terms on every project.

Fixed price, in writing

You get the scope and the price before anything starts. If the work grows, we agree the change before I do it.

Cancel whenever you want

No contract and no notice period on monthly work. Domain, hosting and tools stay registered to you, so if you stop you keep everything.

I tell you when it is not working

If something is not producing, you hear it from me before you spot it yourself. That is worth more to both of us than a quiet month.

What it costs

One price to build it. A monthly fee to run it.

Never an hourly rate, and never a contract you have to escape from.

Building something — a site, a system, a set of automations — is a one-off fixed price. Anything ongoing, like outreach or campaigns that need watching every week, is a monthly fee instead. No contract, no notice period, cancel whenever you want.

I don't publish numbers. The same campaign is worth a different amount to a business turning over two hundred thousand and one turning over five million, so I would rather quote what it is worth to you than pretend it is the same job. One call, then a written quote: a fixed price and a date. The call and the quote cost you nothing.

Once you have seen the results for yourself, part of the monthly fee can move to performance — paid on what the work actually earns you. Only on the things where the result can be counted, and only where it makes sense for your numbers. I will tell you if it doesn't.

1

You tell me what you need

An email or a call. What the business does, what is not working, and what you have tried.

2

I send a price and a date

A short document: what I will build, what it costs, when it is done. You decide from that, not from a sales call.

3

I build it, then run it if you want

You see it working before it goes live. After that it is either finished and yours, or I keep it running month to month.

Start small

Hire me for one small thing first.

You don't know me, and a first project is a risk either way. So start with one piece you can judge on its own — one outreach campaign, one automation, one landing page. Roughly two weeks, fixed price, and you own everything at the end of it.

If it goes well we do more. If it doesn't, you've spent a small amount finding that out instead of a large one.

I study engineering at KTH and run Sunside as a registered sole trader — an enskild firma, listed on allabolag. I work with clients directly and through Upwork, in Swedish and English.

Most of what I build is the unglamorous middle: the form that has to work, the follow-up that has to send, the spreadsheet somebody updates by hand every Friday. If that is your problem, email me at hugo@sunside.io.
